6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
4-6 Tbs lime juice
1 cup water
2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 onions, chopped
6 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 can diced chilies (4 oz)
Place chicken in crockpot.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred the chicken at about the halfway point so it can soak up all the juice.
Serve over rice.
